Mencegah Jerawat

LEBIH baik mencegah daripada mengobati. Hal ini juga termasuk dalam mencegah timbulnya jerawat. Jerawat yang tumbuh diwajah dapat membuat penampilan kita menjadi kurang bagus. Sekain itu, bekas jerawat tidak biasanya hilang tidak segera hilang dari wajah kita. Maka, selain mengobati jerawat yang ada, perlu juga melakaukan langkah-langkah pencegahan agar jerawat yang menjengkekan tidak mengganggu penampilan. Tips berikut meberapa langkah yang dilakukan untuk merupakan beberapa langkah yang dilakukan untuk mencegah timbulnya jerawat.


Rajin Membersihkan Wajah
  salah satu penyebab timbulnya jerawat adalah kotoran dan bakteri yang menempel diwajah. Dengan mencuci muka atau membersihkan wajah menggunakan susu pembersih dapat menyingkirkan kotoran dan bakteri yang ada.

Cuci sarung bantal dan seprei secara teratur
  rambut yang kotor atau wajah yang tidak bersih dapat menyebabkan kuman dan kotoran berpindah di sarung bantal atau seprei saat kita menggunakan bantal. kemudian, pada saat yang lain saat wajah menempel di bantal, kotoran tersebut kembali menempel di wajah kita.

 Minum 8 gelas air sehari
   Mengkonsumsi  air yang cukup dapat membantu tubuh mengeluarkan racun dan zt tidak berguna yang ada di tubuh, sehingga dapat mengurangi resiko timbulnya jerawat.
  
 Menggunakan masker pencegah jerawat secara teratur.
  dengan menggunakan masker madu dan jeruk nipis. hal ini dapat membantu menghilangkan bakteri dan minyak di wajah.
  
Kurangi penggunaan kosmetik.
  menggunakn kosmetik dapat menyumbat pori-pori wajah. sumbatan ini membuat pori-pori tidak bernafas dengan baik. pilihlah kosmetik yang berbahan dasar air yang dapat mengurangi potensi timbulnya jerwat dibanding kosmetik yang berbahan dasar minyak.
 
 Singkirkan rambut dari wajah
  rambut akan menjadi kotor dan berminyak saat kita melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. bila rambut menyentuh wajah, maka kotoran tersebut dapat pindah ke wajah kita dan dapat menimbulkan jerawat.

Jangan Pencet jerawat anda
  tangan yang kotor saat kamu memegang dan memencet jerwat memicu meningkatnya minyak dan kotoran diwajah. saat memencet jerawat, lapisan yang ada dibawah kulit dapat menjadi rusak dan menyebabkan minyak wajah menyebar ke bagian kain dari wajah sehingga jerawat timbul semakin banyak.

4. POLANDIA
    Gadis Polandia merawat bibirnya agar lembut dan tidak pecah-pecah dengan mengoleskan madu setiap hari. Hasilnya, bibir mereka manjadi lebih merah, lembut dan seksi.

5. CINA
    Gadis Cina menggunakan campuran madu, susu dan putih telur sebagai masker untuk menyembuhkan jerawat. ini merupakan resep dari Dinasti Qing yang terbukti cukup ampuh.

6. ITALIA
    Wanita Italia memanfaatkan lemon dan yoghurt untuk memuluskan kulit mereka. Campuran yoghurt dan air perasan lemon digunakan sebagai lulur. Hasilnya, kulit mereka menjadi mulus dan lembut.

7. INDONESIA
    Padi bukan hanya sekedar sumber makanan., melainkan bisa menjadi produk kecantikan. Campuran beras tumbuk dengan berbagai rempah rempah digunakn sebagai masker wajah, dapat mengangkat sel-sel kulit mati dan mencerahkan wajah.

Goldilocks and the Three Bears

    Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Goldilocks.  She  went for a walk in the forest.  Pretty soon, she came upon a house.  She knocked and, when no one answered, she walked right in.


    At the table in the kitchen, there were three bowls of porridge. Goldilocks was hungry.  She tasted the porridge from the first bowl.
"This porridge is too hot!" she exclaimed.
So, she tasted the porridge from the second bowl.
"This porridge is too cold," she said
So, she tasted the last bowl of porridge.
"Ahhh, this porridge is just right," she said happily and she ate it all up.
After she'd eaten the three bears' breakfasts she decided she was feeling a little tired.  So, she walked into the living room where she saw three chairs.  Goldilocks sat in the first chair to rest her feet.
"This chair is too big!" she exclaimed.
So she sat in the second chair.
"This chair is too big, too!"  she whined.
So she tried the last and smallest chair.
"Ahhh, this chair is just right," she sighed.  But just as she settled down into the chair to rest, it broke into pieces!
Goldilocks was very tired by this time, so she went upstairs to the bedroom.  She lay down in the first bed, but it was too hard. Then she lay in the second bed, but it was too soft. Then she lay down in the third bed and it was just right.  Goldilocks fell asleep.


  As she was sleeping, the three bears came home.
"Someone's been eating my porridge," growled the Papa bear.
"Someone's been eating my porridge," said the Mama bear.
"Someone's been eating my porridge and they ate it all up!" cried the Baby bear.
"Someone's been sitting in my chair," growled the Papa bear.
"Someone's been sitting in my chair," said the Mama bear.
"Someone's been sitting in my chair and they've broken it all to pieces," cried the Baby bear.


   They decided to look around some more and when they got upstairs to the bedroom, Papa bear growled, "Someone's been sleeping in my bed,"
"Someone's been sleeping in my bed, too" said the Mama bear
"Someone's been sleeping in my bed and she's still there!" exclaimed Baby bear.


  Just then, Goldilocks woke up and saw the three bears.  She screamed, "Help!"  And she jumped up and ran out of the room.  Goldilocks ran down the stairs, opened the door, and ran away into the forest.  And she never returned to the home of the three bears.

Snow White

And the Seven Dwarfs

          Snow White was a beautiful young princess. She had a stepmother who was very mean. The stepmother wanted to kill her because she was jealous of Snow White’s beauty. To know it, Snow White ran away to the dark jungle an then she found a house. It belonged to seven dwarfs. Those seven dwarfs were so kind and to be Snow White’s good friends. “ You are beautiful human beings, i owe you a lot of favors.” Snow White said, “That’s what friends are for, dear” one of the men said. Then, they lived in tranquil.

 

       One day the girl lived at home alone because their friends went for work, suddenly someone knocked at the door. After talking for a moment the guest gave her an apple. Unluckily it was poisonous. When Snow White ate it, she fell asleep and could not get up.

      Arriving at home, the seven dwarfs were so suprised. They cried nights and days. They loved her so much. Finally they put her in a big glass for her bed and took turns treating her everyday.

After passing her long sleep a handsome prince came. He was so impressed by her beauty. He fell in love and kissed her forehead. Suddenly a miracle happened, slow down her eyes were open. Everybody were so happy when she woke up. One by one embraced her and told what had happened. Snow cried cause she was sure that the guest was her stepmother. Because of his love the prince asked her to marry him. The dwarfs danced with joy to celebrate their marriage. They were happy because Snow had someone who always protected her.
